1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website StoryTours.ai and the purchase of digital self-guided audio tours provided by STORYTOURS AI LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company (“StoryTours”, “we”, “us”).

2. Product Description & Venue Admission

Story Tours provides independent, self-guided digital audio tours. We do not sell monument, museum, or palace admission tickets. Purchasing a StoryTours audio guide does not grant you physical entry to any venue. It is your sole responsibility to check venue operating hours and purchase the necessary admission tickets directly from the official venue prior to your arrival.

3. Delivery and Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a unique voucher code and a direct download link. Tours are hosted and played via the third-party mobile application, VoiceMap. You are responsible for ensuring your mobile device meets the application’s technical requirements and that you have sufficient battery and data/Wi-Fi connectivity to download the audio files.

4. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Our tours are designed to be enjoyed while walking through public and private historical sites. You are solely responsible for your own safety, spatial awareness, and navigation.

STORYTOURS AI LLC is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, or theft that occurs while utilizing our audio guides. We are not responsible for route deviations, physical hazards, or changes to the physical layout of the venues.

5. Intellectual Property

All audio files, scripts, branding, and text provided by StoryTours are the exclusive intellectual property of STORYTOURS AI LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the audio tour for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, broadcast, or resell any part of our digital products.
